VC Single can professionally record and document all telephone calls via the PC. This means that the user’s own calls are available at the workplace at any time and can be used, for example, for searches and further processing or for evidence.

Easy-to-use functions ensure simple and secure operation and playback of call contents: 
 

• Continuous call recording
• Uninterrupted recording thanks to a configurable pre-record / post-record period of up to 30 seconds (VOX mode)
• Possibility to skip pauses (DSE)
• Possibility to add comments
• Calls can be stored in compressed or non-compressed form and replayed subsequently
• Calls can be converted into MP3 or WAV files and stored, played back and processed using external media
• Generation of log files for documenting user activities
• Multiple search filters that can be combined to retrieve calls: time, date, short comment, etc.
• User administration with individually configurable access rights
